Job Description : 1. To search appropriate candidates from job portals.
2. Getting them short listed from clients.
3. Line them up for the interview.
4. Follow ups with candidate.
5. Responsible for their joining.
Candidate Profile   Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding and creating job description as per hiring criteria
2. Candidate resumes sourcing
3. Screening resumes as per hiring criteria
4. HR screening and interest check
5. Have to make call to eligible candidates

Candidate should have minimum 1 yr work experience in consultancy.
Good communication skill.
